Still a bad idea to replace them with a chimera, and a waste of talent, but I get it. Change the criteria instead and give the public more info, more transparency. That's the goal.
How did they feel it was OK to behave this way with bodycams running? Was there an expectation the video would be edited before being released? Maybe. Now Mpls has it's own Rodney King video. Terrific.
