THE CHIEF SAYS HE'D SETTLE FOR A NAPKIN DRAWING AT THIS POINT
We wouldn't want to hear from the police chief or the mayor about dismantling the MPD. There simply appears to BE no plan for what the new department would look like.
If they do have a plan, they're sure quiet about it. Neither of those is a good thing.
