The vaccines work. That's not in dispute. But it doesn't give you much protection against Omicron. It WILL mitigate your body's response to infection. Just for that I'll get boosted soon. For now N95 and minimal contact with other humans are doing the job. I'm hoping not to catch it until 2024 at least.
You already wear an N95 mask for that right? You're not waiting for someone to talk you into it, I hope. Most of us are still capable of making reasonable decisions in the presence of the post-Trump noise-fest. Can we flood the zone with something else now? Advice from the CDC is weeks too late. Look at their advice on N95s. Anybody should be able to figure out N95s are necessary now, but most of us won't do the work.
Now, mandates we can talk about. Current policies are perfect for 12 months ago. Great. Expecting government to have a nimble response to any changes on the ground is an unrealistic expectation. You're on your own, first. None of us are as dumb as all of us.
80% of us don't need mandates or permission slips. Or shouldn't. A problem (government ineptitude in adjusting goalposts) is presenting itself as the solution. Funny, the loudest shouters are usually best at moving goalposts. Facts on the ground have changed, we need a policy for 2022. We need it last week.
Use the code RAMBOSITY for a free month. It's free. What else you want? Thanks. You are groovy.
This is how movies should be. This is a disaster genre, an EMP or some shit has screwed GPS and a lot of other stuff. There are no dudes tied to a chair in this film and you genuinely don't know where it's going as you watch. I give it an A.
If I paid to watch this, I would be very satisfied. Maybe Hollywood can have a renaissance. @ScottAdamsSays
