Is Mr. Majestyk the best Charles Bronson movie? Think so. It's a good action movie and a great time capsule.

It's 1974, cultural artifacts abound. It looks like it was shot on a California backlot and who cares, the gun handling is believable and the action sequences are funny-to-good. Very good for their time.

Peak Bronson, he just cuts through bullshit as he goes along having his patience tested by idiots. The classic cars alone make this one worth it. A Ford Econoline van, a Ford Pinto, Chevrolet police cars with cherries, all in high speed hijinx. It's all here.
