This is talky but there's a lot of facts here and he blows through them fast.
How did we get out of school without having this drilled into our heads? My high school consisted mostly of daily handouts and lame "discussion." Lazy AF. The good teachers really stood out.
It's not surprising Democrats fetishize Hamilton. He argued there was nothing to worry about (like an oppressive federal government) in creating the three national branches of government. Then as soon as he could, he got the federal government's hands in everything.
He also argued we didn't need a pesky Bill of Rights, the existing document would cover that. He was arguing at New York who were saying back, "We just fought a war to get rid of this!"
Our Constitution as we know it would not exist if not for the compromise of adding the Bill of Rights. We take it all for granted. New York was right to suspect the Federalists of imposing a national government on the new free states, though the Federalist persuasion game was very strong. @ScottAdamsSays
Use the code RAMBOSITY for a free month. It's free. What else you want? Thanks. You are groovy.
This is how movies should be. This is a disaster genre, an EMP or some shit has screwed GPS and a lot of other stuff. There are no dudes tied to a chair in this film and you genuinely don't know where it's going as you watch. I give it an A.
If I paid to watch this, I would be very satisfied. Maybe Hollywood can have a renaissance. @ScottAdamsSays
